Course Introduction
Computer Applications is an Information Technology course. Computer Applications or Application software is computer software designed to help the user to perform singular or multiple related specific tasks. The duration of this course is two years, divided into four semesters. After completion of first two semesters, a student is said to be "O Level" passed out and after completion of next two semester, he/she is titled as "A Level" passed out. The course provides sound practical skills addressing problems which arise from computer systems and applications. This course prepare students for a variety of jobs, including basic jobs such as data entry and all the way up to more advanced positions such as graphics designer and Web designer, system programmer and etc.
